Most recently I have served as the Academic Director for a study abroad program in Muscat, Oman. I am interested in higher education, study abroad, and international travel.

I have an MA from the American University in Cairo in Arabic studies (Middle Eastern history) and an undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in linguistics, Near Eastern studies, and classics (focus in Latin) with a minor in Arabic language. I have lived and studied in Arizona, Egypt, Oman, and Qatar. I believe that it is important to prioritize learning new and interesting things, doing awesome activities, and helping animals and people out when possible.
